Malted barley and German noble hops produce a premium pale lager beer that forms the basis of this gourmet German-style malt vinegar known as “Bieressig.” Hops are naturally high in antioxidants and lend a zesty but mild lemon pepper accent to this delicious natural vinegar. Especially delicious when used as a condiment drizzled onto blanched vegetables and roasted pork or in salad dressings, and can be added into sauces and marinades.
Ingredients: 100% beer vinegar adjusted with water to 5% acidity.
Classic Vinaigrette Recipe:
4 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp wine vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
½ tsp salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
