Description
Ingredients: 100% sugarcane wine vinegar adjusted with water to 5% acidity.
Classic Vinaigrette Recipe:
4 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp wine vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
½ tsp salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Serving Suggestion:
With Sugarcane Vinaigrette, add tender crisp green beans and peeled and sectioned oranges to salad greens.
