Red wine vinegar is blended with fig and grape concentrate to produce a fruity balsamic vinegar. The flavor is clean, fruity and acidic, characteristic of balsamic vinegars. This fig balsamic vinegar is recommended as an ingredient in salad dressings, marinades and as a condiment.
Ingredients: Red wine vinegar, fig and grape concentrate. Adjusted with water to 5% acidity.
Classic Vinaigrette Recipe:
4 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp wine vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
½ tsp salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
