Classic Vinaigrette Recipe:
4 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
½ tsp salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Serving Suggestion:
With Cucumber Vinaigrette, add slices of cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, kalamata black olives, and crumbled feta to salad greens.
