Classic Vinaigrette Recipe:
4 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp wine vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 tsp dijon mustard
½ tsp salt
Fresh ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Serving Suggestion:
With Malt Vinaigrette, add sliced canned beets cut into strips, and slices of hard-cooked eggs to salad greens.
